At the time, we had been sailing for 15 years and owned 3 different boats. It's been the realization of a dream I've had since I was 18. My Valiant performed flawlessly throughout the trip, and I have nothing but praise for the quality of the construction and materials. I sailed in the Caribbean 1500 last year and we encountered very strong winds and heavy seas for 8 days.
