General Comments About the Boat: |
|
Drastic Price Reduction! OWNER MUST SELL. This lovely motor yacht was built by the legendary Burmester shipyard in Bremen, and has a unique history. She was originally used by the German Navy as a customs patrol ship, and kept on constant emergency alert. Her powerful 1050hp Klockner-Humbold-Deutz (KHD) Motorswork diesel engines can attain a maximum speed of 21 knots. The vessel needs a new owner's enthusiasm to take over the refit where the previous owner left off. The interior cabin area is not finished. As the new owner, this is a great opportunity to re-design the interior cabin space to your own taste. Price reflects boat's current condition.
Actual Condition of Vessel:
Cabins and pilothouse have not been refurbished. The artistic drawings in this listing are intended to give the client an idea of the possibilities. The hull and deck need paint. The price above is for the boat as she lies and does not include any refurbishment. Crane, davits and small boat not included.

Accommodations & Layout: |
|
The foredeck salon was designed by the French modern art designer "ALUMNO". This luxurious living space is air-conditioned and offers access to the foredeck. The pilot house is accessible from the salon or midship. The midship is protected from the weather, accommodates six people and can be utilized as a second salon with bar. The cabin space aft on the lower deck offers numerous possibilities. It could be furnished with one owner's cabin and two luxury guest cabins, or accommodations for up to twelve guests. You, the owner, can design your own interior cabins. Therefore this space only contains the necessary technical requirements. The rebuild of this space is not included in the sale price of this vessel. The crew quarters are located in the fore ship. It offers six berths, an adjustable table and comfortable seating. Next door is the crew washroom with shower, wash-basin and washing-machine. These quarters are equipped with air-conditioning and can be used to accommodate guests.
